Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Group Reporting Techno-Functional Lead with deep expertise in SAP BPC and SAP Group Reporting, focused on financial consolidation and reporting. This individual will play a key role in designing, architecting, and delivering finance transformation solutions aligned with IFRS standards and integrated with S/4HANA Finance data models.
Conduct and facilitate workshops with both IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, drive design thinking, and shape solution architectures.
• Create and maintain functional design documents, blueprints, and integration specifications.
• Ensure alignment with IFRS accounting principles and regulatory requirements throughout the design and implementation process.
• Collaborate with finance and data teams to define master data models, hierarchies, and consolidation logic.
• Support GTM activities, proposals, and roadmap planning for clients undergoing finance transformation.
• Liaise with cross-functional global teams to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality solution delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics, with a strong focus on Finance and Consolidation.
• Deep experience in SAP BPC and SAP Group Reporting for Group Financial Consolidation is essential.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance data models and master data structures.
• Proven track record in architecting and delivering enterprise-grade SAP finance transformation programs, including integration with SAC is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and how they translate into SAP consolidation design.
• Experience conducting and leading business workshops, applying design thinking methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging both senior IT and finance stakeholders.
• Prior experience working with Global System Integrators or Big 4 firms is mandatory.
• Sector experience in Retail or Automotive industries is a plus.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus based on location).
Preferred Attributes:
• Strong documentation and solution presentation skills.
• Experience with SAC Planning or Reporting is a bonus.
• Ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and manage ambiguity effectively.
• Passion for driving finance transformation through technology.
