Our Client:
Our client, a leading KSA womenswear brand is seeking a Senior Buyer to join their team. The Senior Buyer is responsible for executing and refining the buying strategy, identifying buying opportunities, and ensuring the brand remains competitive through strategic sourcing, proactive weekly trade analysis, seasonal analysis, and in-depth market analysis.
This role focuses on driving product sourcing, monitoring market trends, and maintaining strong vendor relationships while empowering the team to work independently.
Your Responsibilities:
Vendor & Supplier Management:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a buying role within the fashion retail industry, preferably in women’s apparel.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales and profitability.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in retail buying software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Empower the team to work independently in fittings, vendor communication, and overall execution, providing clear guidance on department requirements.
- Foster effective communication to ensure team members understand the goals and requirements of the buying department.
