Senior Fund Migration Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex fund migration and transformation initiatives within a financial services environment. The role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing migration activities, and ensuring successful delivery of fund lifecycle events and operational changes.

Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end delivery of fund migration, conversion, merger, launch, and transition projects.
· Manage project plans, timelines, governance forums, risk registers, and status reporting.
· Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
· Oversee migration activities including data validation, reconciliations, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
· Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and operational impacts.
· Facilitate steering committees, workshops, and stakeholder meetings while providing regular project updates.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Strong experience delivering complex projects within fund administration, asset servicing, or investment management environments.
· Solid understanding of investment fund operations, custody, transfer agency, fund accounting, and client servicing.
· Experience managing migrations, conversions, operating model changes, and implementation projects.
· Proven stakeholder management skills with clients, regulators, vendors, and senior management.
· Strong governance, risk management, reporting, and project planning capabilities.
· Excellent communication skills in English; French and/or German is a strong advantage.
