Job Description
Looking for a Infra Consultant with proven expertise in Microsoft infrastructure technologies, with a good foundation in networking fundamentals. The person should have hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise infrastructures and excel at delivering end-to-end infrastructure services to enterprise clients.
The consultant will play a key role in conducting infrastructure assessments, identifying technical gaps, and delivering optimized, secure, and scalable solutions. The expertise spans on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.

Job Description
Looking for a Infra Consultant with proven expertise in Microsoft infrastructure technologies, with a good foundation in networking fundamentals. The person should have hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise infrastructures and excel at delivering end-to-end infrastructure services to enterprise clients.
The consultant will play a key role in conducting infrastructure assessments, identifying technical gaps, and delivering optimized, secure, and scalable solutions. The expertise spans on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct infrastructure assessments to evaluate current environments, identify performance and security gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade Microsoft infrastructure solutions on-prem and cloud.
- Analyze, plan, and execute upgrades and migrations of Microsoft services (Active Directory, Exchange, etc.)
- Provide expert consulting for Microsoft365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender Suite, and Azure Cloud adoption.
- Automate system configurations, security baselines, and compliance enforcement.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Deliver architecture and security reviews for mixed-OS and hybrid environments.
- Good understanding of container infrastructure and DevOps principles.
- Root cause analysis, troubleshooting and logical thinking skills.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Provide strategic consultancy services for infrastructure planning and optimization.
- Strong understanding on Zero-Trust principles and compliance requirements.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure.
- Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Scripting and automation with PowerShell or similar tools.
- Security-focused mindset with knowledge of patching, endpoint protection, and compliance tools
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
- Linux expertise is a plus
- 9+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure consulting on Microsoft environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect)
