Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate multiple IT projects from planning through delivery.
- Manage stakeholders across business, technology, and third-party vendors.
- Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate testing activities and support successful solution deployment.
- Produce project reporting and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 10+ years of IT Project Management experience within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of banking processes and technology environments.
- Proven ability to manage external vendors and complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Experience bridging business requirements and technical solutions.
- Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
