ServiceNow Technical Consultant – Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
Job Summary
We are hiring a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) to support digital workplace transformation. You will configure WSD applications, enhance employee services, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workplace operations on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow WSD modules: Workplace Case, Reservations, Space Management, Visitor Management.
- Translate workplace processes into ServiceNow workflows by working with Facilities, HR, Security, and IT teams.
- Develop workflows using Flow Designer, scripting, IntegrationHub, UI policies/actions.
- Maintain workplace data models, floor plans, reservations, and platform governance standards.
- Support integrations with IoT sensors, building systems, HR platforms, access control systems, and ITSM.
- Contribute to enhancements improving workplace visibility, employee experience, and service efficiency.
- Stay updated on new features in ServiceNow WSD & Employee Workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6 years of overall IT experience, including 3–5 years of hands‑on ServiceNow implementation or support experience.
- 2 years of exposure to WSD or Employee Workflows; experience configuring Case, Reservations, Space, or Visitor Management preferred.
- Good understanding of workplace operations, including reservations, space planning, and facilities processes.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Employee Center/Service Portal.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile environments.

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering; ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS‑WSD, CIS‑ESM) are a plus.
