Your Role as Strategy Lead

As Strategy Lead, you will be instrumental in driving business growth, innovation, and team development. You’ll lead strategic initiatives, build strong client relationships, mentor consultants, and shape the future of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

? Strategic Consulting & Project Execution

• Lead complex IT strategy engagements, including digital transformation, governance, and emerging technologies.
• Define and implement IT roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Oversee change management and project delivery to ensure quality and stakeholder alignment.

? Business Development & Client Management

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership through publications, events, and networking.

• Mentor consultants and foster a high-performance culture.
• Support career development and lead recruitment efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role within consulting or strategy.
• Proven success in strategic project delivery, business development, and team leadership.
• Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation.
• High emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills.
• Strong writing proficiency.
• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
