Veeva Platform Expert (m/f/d)

You will join a central platform team responsible for managing and enhancing a global Veeva Vault landscape.
This role offers strong exposure to cross-functional initiatives and provides the opportunity to collaborate with technical, compliance, and business teams within an international environment.

Responsibilities:
· Manage and deliver platform-related change requests from analysis to implementation and validation
· Configure and optimise security and access management (roles, permissions, identity flows)
· Contribute to continuous improvements of the platform (performance, monitoring, stability)
· Produce and maintain technical and compliance documentation
· Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements
· Collaborate closely with IT security, compliance teams, and business stakeholders
· Participate in cross-domain discussions and technical alignment sessions

Qualifications and Skills:
· 3 to 8 years of experience in IT systems, data platforms, or application environments
· Strong hands-on experience in Veeva Vault administration or platform management
· Valid Veeva Vault Platform Administration certification (current year required)
· Experience in regulated environments (e.g. GxP or similar)
· Ability to manage tasks end-to-end (configuration, testing, documentation)
· Strong documentation and communication skills
· Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team
· Fluent English (written and spoken)
