Role & Company Overview
Our client, a UK enterprise software company providing AI-driven automation that help organisations improve customer service and streamline digital processes, is recruiting for an Application Architect to join the team. You will deliver end-to-end technical solutions, support teams and clients, and drives process improvements.


Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for applying the framework and application features to deliver the end to end technical solution for a project
• Acts as a conduit between delivery and architecture, assisting technical sales and platform development teams
• Acts as point of contact for supporting customers with technical issues related to the overall solution and design
• Acts as mentor, developing the skills of less experienced colleagues, helping to enable customer implementation resource to ensure their approach is aligned with framework best practice guidelines
• Assists the technical product owner supporting all teams within the initiative

Requirements

• Able to manage a number of client relationships including the scoping and delivery of complex consultancy projects and services
• Demonstrable experience and understanding of a range of web development technologies, including Javascript, Python, REST/SOAP web services, HTML and CSS
• Proven use of data technologies including MySQL and SQL Server databases, database schemas, SQL syntax, ETL techniques and best practice, as well as an understanding of and solutions for issues arising with data integration across multiple systems
• Knowledgeable of network architecture, data security constraints and standards and means of ensuring data integrity is maintained across multiple integrated systems
• Proactive and highly organised, with proven ability to deliver to deadlines, remaining calm under pressure

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 1 day a week (or 1 day a month, whatever works) from their offices in Bedford.
