Mission Overview

As a Business Implementation Coordinator, you will lead and coordinate strategic fund event projects involving multiple departments within BNP Paribas, including:

  • Fund Accounting
  • Transfer Agency
  • Custody
  • Fund Dealing Services
  • Depositary
  • Forex
  • Middle Office

You will act as the primary point of contact for several key clients, ensuring end-to-end project management across various activities such as fund launches, migrations, mergers, liquidations, and party changes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and oversee fund event projects, ensuring alignment across all operational teams
  • Manage client relationships and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, collect requirements, document processes, and manage deliverables
  • Monitor project progress, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and implementation processes

Profile Requirements

  • Proven experience (6–10 years) in operational project management within asset servicing or securities services
  • Strong technical and functional understanding of financial products (funds, custody, TA, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Fluent in French and English (German is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
