Change Manager (m/f/d)

A large international organization operating in the financial services sector, with a strong presence across multiple countries, is seeking a Change Manager / Change Lead to support and drive group-wide transformation initiatives. The role focuses on managing complex organizational change programs linked to ways of working, structural transformations, and major workplace transitions in an international context.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate group-wide change initiatives linked to organizational transformations and reorganization programs
  • Drive change strategies for initiatives such as workforce transitions, new ways of working, and relocation projects
  • Act as a bridge between local entities and central group functions to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Assess change impacts, anticipate risks, and define mitigation actions to support successful adoption
  • Provide clear communication, guidance, and support to stakeholders throughout the change journey
  • Maintain a high-level, strategic view of transformation programs while ensuring effective execution

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management within complex organizational environments
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale reorganization or transformation projects
  • Background in the insurance or financial services sector
  • Experience working in an international, multi-entity environment
  • Full professional proficiency in French, Dutch, and English
  • Strong ability to maintain a strategic, big-picture perspective while managing multiple initiatives
