A major enterprise undergoing a broad digital transformation focused on modernizing collaboration, security, and operational capabilities. The organization is seeking a Cloud Architect to lead the design and enablement of modern workplace solutions that enhance productivity, security, and user experience across the business.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the technical lead for modern workplace architecture, ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and long‑term strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with global platform and engineering teams to design, adapt, and deploy collaboration and productivity services in line with governance and operational needs.
• Define and assure solution designs covering identity, collaboration, security, device management, and service integration.
• Partner with delivery and service management teams to ensure service design, documentation, and transition activities are completed to support smooth operational rollout.
• Contribute to change enablement by supporting the development of training materials, user guidance, and adoption collateral.
• Provide architectural oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle, managing risks, dependencies, and technical decisions across hybrid and cloud environments.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Deep understanding of modern workplace architecture, including identity, collaboration, endpoint management, and security capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of core cloud platform services related to identity, networking, monitoring, and hybrid integration.
• Experience working within regulated or security‑controlled environments, with awareness of compliance and data protection requirements.
• Ability to work across global and cross‑functional teams, managing dependencies across different regions and operating models.
• Strong capability in structured governance processes, design assurance, and architectural decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with a consultative, user‑centric approach.
