- 8–12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Automation roles.
- Deep hands-on experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as:
Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Tekton
- Advanced experience with containerization and orchestration:
Docker, Kubernetes / Red Hat OpenShift
- Solid experience with configuration management and automation:
Ansible, Helm, scripting (Bash, Python)
- Strong understanding of artifact management and dependency control (Nexus, Artifactory).
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and Agile delivery models.
- Hands-on experience implementing GitOps workflows (Argo CD, Flux).
- Experience integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
