The company supports enterprise customers across diverse industries and is committed to delivering secure, resilient, and high‑performance data management capabilities. They are currently seeking an ECS Administration Specialist to enhance their cloud storage operations and support ongoing modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities
•     Configure and manage ECS environments integrated with cloud storage platforms such as Amazon S3, Data Domain Cloud Tier, Isilon CloudPools, and NetWorker CloudBoost
•     Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ECS systems and cloud storage integrations
•     Plan, design, and implement ECS solutions tailored to various customer use cases
•     Monitor and maintain ECS systems, addressing data center challenges and ensuring optimal performance
•     Utilize ECS Portal and Designer to configure, manage, and optimize ECS deployments
•     Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams on ECS best practices

Qualifications and Skills
•     Strong understanding of ECS concepts, architecture, features, and best practices
•     Hands-on experience with cloud storage technologies such as Amazon S3, Data Domain Cloud Tier, Isilon CloudPools, and NetWorker CloudBoost
•     Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities
•     Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments while managing multiple priorities
•     Strong communication skills for collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders
•     Experience using ECS Portal and Designer, with familiarity in data center operations and hardware/software components
