We are looking for an Endpoint Administrator to join our client, an EU Institution.
Roles and Duties
Knowledge and Skills
- Microsoft Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager or equivalent
- VMWare : Digital Workspace 2022 (VCP-DW 2022) or equivalent
- Cisco Certified Technician Collaboration
- McAfee Certified Product Specialist - ePO Certification
Roles and Duties
- Maintain and support the organization endpoints (workstations, laptops, mobiles, tablets) during their full lifecycle.
- Create and maintain enterprise operating system reference image.
- Maintain and manage security and software updates of endpoints
- Investigate, diagnose and solve endpoints related problems.
- Contribute to define endpoint policies, propose improvements.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong knowledge of windows client OS administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of endpoints and peripherals install and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of application packaging and OS imaging.
- Strong knowledge of scripting and automation.
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell
- Strong knowledge of Python/Perl/Ansible and Terraform,
- Technical certifications – It is mandatory to hold one and obtain another in the first three months along with ITIL certification.
