A leading international organization operating in the financial services sector, delivering innovative digital and transactional solutions. The company is focused on enhancing customer experience through modern IT platforms and agile delivery, and is currently looking for a Functional Analyst to support its digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into functional features and ensure alignment with business needs
- Validate features with stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and architects
- Align functional solutions across projects, applications, and teams
- Break down features into user stories and define deliverables for sprint increments
- Produce clear functional analyses to support development and implementation
- Support testing activities, including defining test cases and participating in end-to-end testing
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business or functional analysis
- Experience within insurance and/or banking environments
- Strong technical affinity (e.g., Java, .NET, HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript, AS400)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with modelling tools (e.g., Mermaid or similar)
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and either French or Dutch
