ITSM - Project/Change Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for an IT Transformation Lead to support a large-scale digital transformation across multiple IT domains. The ideal candidate has strong experience in ITSM environments (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy/Helix), SIAM, and ITIL, combined with solid skills in change adoption and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate transformation activities across several IT towers

Drive communication, alignment, and adoption of new processes

Conduct impact assessments and readiness activities

Support training and enablement for impacted teams

Track adoption KPIs and ensure governance alignment

Collaborate closely with business, IT teams, and service providers
Ideal Profile:

Strong background in ITSM transformations

Experience in change adoption and communication

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in complex, multi?tower IT environments
