About the Opportunity
A market-leading organisation in the sustainable urban development sector is seeking an experienced Master Community Manager to join its Asset Management team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the management of a large-scale master community’s facilities and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with community governance documents and local regulations.
You will lead property management activities across commercial (offices, retail, F&B) spaces, manage key client relationships, and drive stakeholder satisfaction while safeguarding the brand and image of the development.
Key Responsibilities
Master Community Management

Deliver world‑class community services and manage all operational aspects of the master community.

Oversee community governance (rules/regulations, tenant/owner guidelines, authority compliance, service charge billing & administration).

Lead asset management activities including asset registration, O&M manuals, warranties, and insurance.
Financial & Commercial

Own the financial management for master community services – budgeting, revenue‑generating rate‑card services, and a sustainable service charge model.

Develop long‑term community engagement strategies using innovative revenue concepts to meet financial targets.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Manage relationships with owner‑association managers of third‑party developments, ensuring legal/statutory compliance.

Act as primary liaison with regulatory authorities (e.g., municipality, urban planning departments).

Build and maintain networks with tenants, purchasers, users, and internal departments (development, finance, marketing).
Property & Contract Management

Lead all property management and lease functions for offices, retail, and F&B outlets.

Manage Musataha, purchase, and development contracts through to expiry, renewal, or termination.
Performance & Customer Satisfaction

Monitor and continuously improve customer satisfaction levels, addressing escalated issues promptly.

Leverage the CRM system to generate reports and support KPIs.

Ensure compliance with information security, QHSE, and relevant UAE laws/regulations.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Leadership or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years in master community management within the UAE, with demonstrable success in leading large‑scale community management projects.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of facility and infrastructure management.

Proven ability to generate revenue in relevant industries (e.g., rate‑card services, innovative concepts).

Excellent record‑keeping, data analysis, and attention to detail.

Experience in program planning and project support for large departmental programmes.
