We are looking for a Procurement Specialist. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and international environment, collaborating with procurement colleagues, business stakeholders, and support functions such as Legal, Finance, and procurement excellence teams across several European markets.

Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of procurement strategies across marketing and commercial service categories in Europe.
- Lead sourcing activities including RFI/RFQ processes, supplier negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Manage and develop relationships with strategic suppliers while ensuring performance and value delivery.
- Analyze spend data, pricing benchmarks, and supplier performance indicators to support informed sourcing decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure procurement processes are applied appropriately.
- Coordinate closely with Legal and Finance teams on contracting, compliance, and supplier performance tracking.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2/3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related function, ideally within indirect procurement categories.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience handling supplier contracts.
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with procurement tools, reporting dashboards, and spend data.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in cross-functional environments.
- Fluent English and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving international organization.
