We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst & Release Manager to support the delivery of high-quality digital products across multiple platforms. This role combines hands-on testing with release coordination, ensuring smooth, reliable deployments and a consistent user experience.
You will play a key role throughout the software development lifecycle, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams to maintain quality standards while driving efficiency through automation and AI-enabled tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, including test plans, scenarios, and cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across mobile apps, web platforms, kiosks, and internal systems.
- Own and manage release cycles end-to-end, including planning, coordination, validation, and deployment readiness.
- Produce clear and structured documentation, including test artefacts, release notes, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor release performance and ensure stability post-deployment.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance testing coverage, improve defect analysis, and streamline release workflows.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimise QA and release processes.
Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in software testing and/or release management roles.
- Proven experience testing across multiple platforms, including mobile applications, web portals, and enterprise systems.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to produce clear and structured documentation across all stages of testing and release cycles.
- Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Profile
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks and CI/CD environments
