We are seeking a Senior BMC Remedy ITSM Consultant to join our client, a EU Institution. The ideal candidate will focus on BMC development, configuration, and integration, with a proven track record of participation in complex integration projects.
 

Key Responsibilities

· Provide expert-level services for BMC Remedy ITSM and related products.

· Perform BMC development, configuration, and integration using technologies such as REST API, web services, and script-based solutions.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Conduct workshops for clients and internal teams, if needed.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BMC Remedy ITSM and integrations.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and BMC product updates.

Qualifications

· Minimum 5 years of experience with BMC Remedy ITSM and related products.

· Proficiency in using Spoon, PowerShell, and Data Manager for data migration.

· Experience with Cloud technologies .

· Strong experience with REST API, web services, and script-based solutions for integration projects.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Fluent English. Any other language is considered a plus.

· Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps is considered a plus.
