Senior Business Analyst – IT Front-to-Back Migration Project (m/f/d)

As part of a strategic programme to migrate Front-to-Back applications, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support digital transformation within the IT department. The assignment will take place in Brussels.
Responsibilities:
· Analyse business needs and lead scoping workshops with stakeholders.
· Design functional solutions and draft detailed analysis documents.
· Act as the interface between business teams, IT, and the Blackrock vendor.
· Describe, formalise, and execute implementation tests.
· Support business users during testing phases.
· Document all project phases and ensure traceability of changes.
· Proactively suggest process improvements and ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Confirmed experience (4 to 7 years) as a Business Analyst, ideally in finance or asset management.
· Strong knowledge of Front-to-Back environments and application migration challenges.
· Excellent understanding of finance business lines to be autonomous and effective from day one.
· Solid technical and functional skills, with the ability to produce detailed analysis.
· Organised, rigorous, team-oriented, and able to manage priorities.
· ITIL Foundation and/or AML Compliance training or certification is a plus.
