Responsibilities

• Coach and support delivery teams in Agile principles, practices, and performance metrics
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure high‑quality backlog management and clear prioritisation
• Identify, escalate, and help resolve team impediments to ensure smooth and predictable delivery
• Facilitate key team ceremonies to improve efficiency, autonomy, and cross‑functional collaboration
• Promote a strong team culture, psychological safety, and continuous improvement mindset
• Monitor delivery performance and support alignment with internal ways of working and standards

Qualifications and Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in an Agile delivery role (e.g. Scrum Master or Agile Coach)
• Strong servant‑leadership mindset with a focus on value delivery
• Experience working in both Agile and traditional delivery environments
• Proven facilitation, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams
• Professional certification in Agile or equivalent practical experience
