The team is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape end‑to‑end user experiences for complex, high‑impact platforms that serve a broad and diverse user ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
• Lead UX design for one or more complex digital products, driving the process from discovery to validation.
• Conduct user research and product discovery to understand workflows, needs, and constraints.
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear journeys, flows, interaction models, and experience concepts.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to define system behavior and test experience ideas early.
• Map end‑to‑end user journeys across complex operational or service‑based processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, engineering, and research—to ensure UX intent is delivered accurately.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 5+ years of UX or product design experience in complex or system‑heavy environments.
• Strong foundation in UX methods: journeys, flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting discovery and research, converting insights into actionable design decisions.
• Ability to simplify complex processes into intuitive, usable experiences.
• Proficiency with modern design tools for wireframing and prototyping.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills, with comfort working in ambiguity.
