We are looking for a system architect to join our client, an EU Institution based in Brussels.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory and IAM architecture to ensure secure, scalable access management.
Manage and optimise core infrastructure services including GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and automation through PowerShell scripting.
Lead and contribute to migration initiatives from legacy environments to Quest-based solutions.
Build, maintain, and validate acceptance environments, ensuring full alignment with production standards.
Administer, support, and optimise Windows Server 2016 environments, including lifecycle and upgrade activities.
Manage and support virtualisation platforms (Hyper-V and VMware), ensuring performance, availability, and resilience.
Provide advanced troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational support (including authentication/login issues), while collaborating across infrastructure teams (server, Linux, monitoring).
Requirements
Active Directory environments
Management of Identity and Access Management (IAM) related activities
GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and PowerShell scripting
Migration activities from legacy systems towards Quest tool
Building and managing acceptance environments aligned with production
Participation in ongoing infrastructure and migration projects across multiple domains
Administration and renewal activities related to Windows Server 2016 environments
Hyper-V clusters and VMware virtualisation environments
Support related to network login/authentication in delegations
Troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational support activities
Collaboration across infrastructure domains, including server, Linux, and monitoring teams
