We are looking for a System Engineer Specialist to join our client, supporting both IT infrastructure and physical security systems in a complex, high-availability environment.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure
- Support and administration of desktops, servers, SAN, and virtual environments (VMware vSphere, vSAN, Horizon).
- Linux/Windows OS management, Oracle EXADATA/ZDRLA.
- Backup and restore operations (VEEAM, StoreOnce).
- DevOps operations on OCP 4.x with tools like GitHub, Helm, GitOps, Ansible, Kafka.
- Monitoring and scripting (Nagios, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Ansible, PowerShell).
- PKI certificate management, antivirus, anti-spam, Active Directory, LDAP.
Physical Security Systems
- Administration of CCTV, Access Control, IDS, and Fire Alarm systems.
- Integration and automation of physical security platforms.
- Monitoring, incident detection, and log analysis.
- Security compliance, backup of configurations and footage.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years post-secondary education).
- At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and/or physical security systems.
- Strong technical skills, autonomy, and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with ITIL processes and multi-site support.
