Overview: Drive end-to-end digitization and automation of FX and Money Market execution processes, partnering with vendors and internal teams to deliver robust, integrated trading solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Domain Expertise & Solution Delivery:

• Lead digitization and automation of execution processes for FX products and Money Market instruments (term deposits, structured deposits)
• Deliver solutions for price discovery, sales/trader and branch workflows, market data integration, and spread rules
• Enable straight-through processing (STP) with treasury and core banking systems (Murex, FCUBS)
• Implement settlement instructions, lifecycle management, and contract notes

Vendor Management & RFP:

• Drive RFP process: consolidate technical requirements, participate in vendor evaluations
• Provide technical scoring and solution fit assessments
• Manage vendor selection and ongoing relationships

Technical Leadership:

• Provide hands-on technical guidance to internal and vendor teams
• Ensure alignment on application, integration, architecture, cloud, and security requirements
• Lead technical discussions and workshops to resolve complex design and integration challenges
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and release plans

Required Experience:

• Strong FX and Money Markets domain knowledge
• Technical project management experience
• Experience with trading systems integration (Murex, FCUBS preferred)
