Position Details:
- Position: Test Manager
- Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Contract Type: 6-month extendable contract
- Company: Leading Bank in Abu Dhabi
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with 10+ years of QA experience to lead our testing operations and manage a team of testers in our banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of QA testers
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for banking applications
- Oversee both manual and automated testing processes
- Conduct API testing and performance testing
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and present quality metrics
- Implement QA processes aligned with Agile methodologies
- Team Management: Proven experience managing teams of software testers
- API Testing: Extensive hands-on experience with API testing tools and methodologies
- Testing Expertise: Proficiency in both automation and manual testing
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with confidence to engage senior stakeholders
- 10+ years in software quality assurance with leadership experience
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, JIRA, Azure DevOps
- Automation testing skills using Java, Selenium, JUnit, Appium
- API testing experience with POSTMAN and GraphQL
- Performance testing with JMeter, Loadium, BlazeMeter
- Experience in fintech, healthcare, entertainment, or logistics domains preferred
