A global financial services organization operating in a highly regulated and mission‑critical environment. The company delivers complex technology solutions that support large‑scale, non‑stop systems and is seeking a Test Lead to strengthen its quality assurance and deployment capabilities.
Responsibilities
• Lead testing activities for complex systems or multiple medium‑to‑large projects, ensuring delivery meets quality, time, and budget targets.
• Define the overall test strategy and deployment approach, including planning, execution oversight, and risk management.
• Develop, review, and approve test plans, scripts, and test data to validate system logic, requirements, and end‑to‑end flows.
• Coordinate user acceptance, alpha, and beta testing with business stakeholders and ensure all defects are resolved and documented.
• Monitor test progress, report on product quality, and adapt plans as needed to address evolving project conditions.
• Support or manage deployment preparation and execution, coordinating release activities and post‑deployment warranty support.
Qualifications and Skills
• Strong expertise in software testing methodologies, test design, and quality assurance best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and coordinate with diverse technical and business stakeholders.
• Solid project management and organizational skills, with experience driving testing activities in complex environments.
• Strong analytical and risk‑assessment capabilities to identify issues early and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate teams and influence decision‑making.
• Ability to work autonomously, anticipate future implications, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
