We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support business and IT initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting functional needs, and working with both business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience translating business needs into functional specifications.
Responsibilities: · Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. · Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. · Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams. · Produce and maintain business process models, UML diagrams, and requirements traceability. · Support solution design, system integration analysis, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). · Maintain project documentation and contribute to process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Skills: ·5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT environments. · Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation. · Hands-on experience with UML, BPMN, and modelling tools such as Enterprise Architect, ARIS, or Visio. · Good understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). · Knowledge of relational databases and system integration concepts. · Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and documentation skills.
