Our client is a well-established international investment management firm with a strong presence across Europe. To support its continued growth and operational excellence, the company is seeking a Cash Operations & Automation Analyst to join its Luxembourg team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine cash management and treasury operations with process automation, reporting, and technology-driven initiatives within a dynamic investment environment.
Tasks :
- Manage and monitor cash movements to ensure adequate funding across investment structures and operational activities.
- Support liquidity planning, cash forecasting, and periodic cash repatriation processes.
- Prepare and process payment instructions in accordance with internal control procedures.
- Produce and review cash reports, liquidity analyses, and management KPIs.
- Coordinate banking administration activities, including account openings, account closures, mandate updates, and KYC documentation requests.
- Administer banking platforms, including user access management, security controls, and access reviews.
- Participate in process improvement, automation, and digital transformation projects.
- Support the implementation, testing, and rollout of new tools, workflows, and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and reporting capabilities.
Profile
- Experience in cash management, treasury operations, payment processing, fund operations, banking operations, or a related field.
- Alternatively, a technology or automation background with a strong interest in financial operations.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with one or more of the following: Python, Power Query, Power Automate, or VBA.
- Exposure to Power BI or business intelligence tools is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English is required; French and/or German would be an asset.
- Degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
