A leading international financial services organisation operating in a highly regulated environment. The company is focused on driving large-scale business transformation, operational excellence, and innovation initiatives to enhance efficiency, governance, and long-term business value. They are currently seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to support complex strategic change programmes across multiple business domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex business transformation initiatives from initial assessment through implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Analyse organisational challenges, identify root causes, and develop pragmatic solutions to improve processes, services, and operating models.
  • Design and optimise target operating models, governance frameworks, performance metrics, and organisational structures.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify innovation and automation opportunities that deliver tangible business value.
  • Develop transformation roadmaps, transition plans, business requirements, and change adoption strategies.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, coaching, and capability development to support sustainable organisational change.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with a strong background in business transformation or organisational change.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading large-scale transformation, process improvement, or operating model redesign initiatives.
  • Strong consulting and problem-solving skills, including stakeholder management, facilitation, business analysis, and executive communication.
  • Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies and delivering change within complex business environments.
  • Knowledge of digital innovation, automation, and data-driven transformation approaches, with a focus on business outcomes and adoption.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and align diverse stakeholders.
