They are currently seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to support complex strategic change programmes across multiple business domains.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex business transformation initiatives from initial assessment through implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Analyse organisational challenges, identify root causes, and develop pragmatic solutions to improve processes, services, and operating models.
- Design and optimise target operating models, governance frameworks, performance metrics, and organisational structures.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify innovation and automation opportunities that deliver tangible business value.
- Develop transformation roadmaps, transition plans, business requirements, and change adoption strategies.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, coaching, and capability development to support sustainable organisational change.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with a strong background in business transformation or organisational change.
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading large-scale transformation, process improvement, or operating model redesign initiatives.
- Strong consulting and problem-solving skills, including stakeholder management, facilitation, business analysis, and executive communication.
- Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies and delivering change within complex business environments.
- Knowledge of digital innovation, automation, and data-driven transformation approaches, with a focus on business outcomes and adoption.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and align diverse stakeholders.
