Business Analyst - Life (m/f/d)
A leading financial services organization specializing in individual and collective life insurance. The company is currently seeking experienced Business Analysts to join its transformation and change management division, supporting large-scale policy migration and commercial development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in?depth analysis of differences between current and target life insurance products/processes within migration or development projects.
- Define and document business requirements according to established quality standards.
- Identify operational and process impacts related to individual life insurance policy migration.
- Serve as a key liaison between business teams and IT stakeholders to ensure shared understanding.
- Prepare and execute process-oriented and calculation?related testing activities.
- Monitor progress, provide structured reporting, and maintain effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong expertise in individual life insurance products and processes, including “Classique” products.
- Proven experience in migration projects within the life insurance domain.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector, with solid analytical and documentation skills.
- Autonomous, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
- Structured, detail?oriented, adaptable, and proficient in standard business/process analysis methodologies.
