Responsibilities
- Data Strategy Leadership: Define and execute the organization’s data strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Governance & Compliance: Oversee data integrity, security, and compliance across all platforms and processes.
- Value Creation: Enable data-driven decision-making and maximize business impact through advanced analytics and insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Leadership in Challenging Environments: Operate effectively in demanding, fast-paced settings while driving transformation.
Qualifications and Skills
- 15+ years of experience in senior data leadership roles (e.g., Chief Data Officer, Head of Data, Data Strategy Lead).
- Proven ability to define and execute enterprise-level data strategies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Resilience and adaptability in complex, high-pressure environments.
