A leading global technology solutions provider specializing in cloud services and digital transformation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our largest enterprise clients, driving the adoption and success of our cloud-based solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to your accounts, understanding their business goals and aligning the organization’s services to meet their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Cloud Solutions Expertise: Deeply understand our cloud offerings (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand cloud services within existing accounts.
  • Customer Success: Work with Customer Success, Solution Architects, and Technical Account Managers to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
  • Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast revenue and pipeline growth, maintaining up-to-date records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Executive Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels within the client organization.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Market Insights: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs in the cloud technology space.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience: Years in enterprise account management or enterprise sales, with a focus on cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and enterprise IT environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals).
  • Experience working in or selling to industries such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
  • Background in technical pre-sales or solution engineering is a plus.
