A major industrial group is undergoing a multi-year digital transformation to modernize and future-proof its manufacturing and operational footprint. The program is one of the most ambitious in the region, integrating data-driven decision-making, digital engineering, and AI technologies into legacy environments.

We are seeking an Industry 4.0 Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end execution of this transformation across multiple parallel workstreams. This is a delivery-first leadership role with significant scale, complexity, and visibility. It requires someone who thrives on results, leads from the front, and can bring structure to high-velocity environments.

Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery
  • Lead the execution of a large-scale digital industrial transformation comprising 10+ concurrent workstreams, each driving innovation in operations, technology, and performance.
  • Ensure consistent delivery excellence across multidisciplinary teams operating under a hybrid resourcing model.
  • Drive rapid scaling and resolution of delivery challenges, with clear accountability for timelines, cost, and quality outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
  • Interface directly with senior client executives to maintain trust, alignment, and transparency on program performance.
  • Translate strategic objectives into executable plans and ensure business impact is consistently delivered.
  • Maintain structured governance and communication frameworks across all layers of the organization.
Team & Capability Leadership
  • Manage distributed delivery teams across geographies and functions, ensuring cohesion and high performance.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and agile delivery among all team members and partner contributors.
  • Mentor internal teams on delivery discipline, customer-centric thinking, and operational excellence.
Delivery Control & Quality
  • Establish and manage delivery governance, issue escalation, and program risk mitigation processes.
  • Ensure all delivery methods and tools support outcome-driven execution with traceable metrics and accountability.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure contract compliance, resource utilization, and delivery efficiency.

Candidate Profile
Required Experience & Competencies
  • Minimum 15 years of experience delivering complex transformation programs in industrial, manufacturing, or asset-heavy sectors.
  • Strong consulting or systems integrator background, with deep experience in enterprise transformation delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead hybrid onshore-offshore delivery models across multiple geographies and cultural contexts.
  • Hands-on leadership style: pragmatic, decisive, and delivery-driven – comfortable owning challenges and pushing through ambiguity.
  • Deep familiarity with digital transformation domains such as AI, data analytics, digital twins, MES/PLM systems, and predictive maintenance.
  • Candidate must have direct experience delivering data-driven and AI-enabled transformation programs, not just from a strategy perspective but through full-cycle execution.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience in change-heavy industrial or infrastructure environments with legacy operations.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to align diverse stakeholders under a unified delivery approach.
  • Track record of scaling teams and delivery frameworks in high-pressure, fast-growth programs
