We are seeking an experienced IT Lead – Application Services Run to oversee the operational delivery of enterprise application services across multiple business domains. This role involves managing large-scale, multi-year contracts with external IT partners, driving automation and AI integration, and ensuring service excellence through robust performance monitoring and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Operations & Automation

• Lead the implementation of automation strategies to streamline application management processes and reduce manual effort.
• Integrate AI technologies to enhance predictive maintenance, incident resolution, and service efficiency.
• Monitor and optimise automated workflows to ensure alignment with SLAs and KPIs.

Vendor & Contract Management

• Support contract renewals, RFP processes, and external benchmarking activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders during RFP cycles.
• Evaluate proposals and ensure compliance with standards and timelines.

Performance & Compliance

• Maintain dashboards for skills resilience and training compliance in collaboration with vendor teams.
• Track key actions and outcomes from performance reviews and steering committees.
• Manage invoice validation and approvals, and maintain budget dashboards for spend visibility and resource planning.

Knowledge Transfer & Audit Support

• Facilitate effective knowledge handover from project teams to support functions.
• Support internal audits related to application services (Quality, Security, etc.).

Your Profile:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in enterprise IT environments
• Proven track record in Service Management (Incident, Request, Change processes)
• Strong understanding of automation platforms and generative AI technologies
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with GxP processes and Power BI (or willingness to learn)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (essential)
