We are seeking a Category Associate to support procurement activities within Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Medical Affairs.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, reporting to the Medical Affairs and RWE Category Managers, and will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sourcing strategies and supplier management for outsourced R&D activities
• Collect and analyse spend data, contributing to strategic sourcing and contracting decisions
• Participate in commercial negotiations and assist in drafting Master Service Agreements
• Attend meetings independently and manage stakeholder relationships
• Contribute to procurement initiatives and process improvements
• Perform administrative tasks such as tracker updates, savings recording, and report generation

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of total experience 
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a clinical environment
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, strategic support, and contracting
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute from day one
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation
• Understanding of conversion models and commercial negotiation dynamics
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Fluency in French is a plus
