Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage and support ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- AI Initiative Leadership: Drive new AI-related projects, from planning to execution, ensuring integration with healthcare processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain clear communication and achieve project objectives.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential challenges and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Resource and Timeline Management: Allocate resources efficiently and monitor progress against established timelines.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to healthcare standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing short-term, high-impact projects in healthcare settings.
- AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI concepts and their application in healthcare environments.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and attention to detail for handling multiple priorities.
