A global technology and consulting organization delivering innovative solutions to accelerate digital transformation. The company is seeking a QA Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of Generative AI-driven applications through robust testing and automation practices.
Responsibilities
• Execute end-to-end functional and integration testing for AI-driven applications, validating workflows, APIs, and user interfaces.
• Validate AI models and data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business requirements.
• Perform non-functional testing, including performance, load, and security assessments.
• Automate test cases for regression and deployment cycles using industry-standard frameworks.
• Conduct API testing to verify backend service interactions and compliance with security standards.
• Track defects, collaborate with development teams, and monitor production model performance for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
• 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance with a focus on functional and integration testing.
• Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework) and API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).
• Strong Python programming skills (mandatory).
• Knowledge of AI model validation techniques and data integrity testing.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) and security best practices.
• Experience working in agile environments with CI/CD pipeline integration.
