Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver complex projects involving 150+ stakeholders across multiple departments
- Structure and manage project squads and tribes using agile frameworks
- Proactively identify priorities, mitigate risks, and drive projects to successful completion
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships across IT and business units
- Coordinate moving parts between technical and business teams with precision
- Drive accountability and ensure timely delivery through persistent follow-up and tracking
- Make critical decisions on prioritization in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- 10+ years of project management experience handling complex, enterprise-scale initiatives
- Experience managing projects with large teams and multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong background in IT project delivery and technology implementations
- Demonstrated success structuring and leading agile squads/tribes in large organizations
- Extensive stakeholder management experience at C-suite and senior leadership levels
- Character and integrity: Trustworthy, ethical, and leads by example

- Expert in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Experience with PMO frameworks and governance structures
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
- Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and technology delivery
- Risk management and mitigation expertise
- Budget management and financial tracking
- Exceptional organizational and coordination capabilities
- Strategic thinking with tactical execution skills
- Superior communication and influencing abilities
- Ability to prioritize effectively in complex, multi-priority environments
- Natural leadership presence and gravitas
- Commercial acumen and business understanding
